Hi, could anyone please share some info on if playing cards printed digitally will be safe for kids?

I'm planning to create a children' toy (basically decks of playing cards) and print them using digital color "devices", e.g. Canon CLC2620 ( http://www.canon-europe.com/Images/13_26... ) or similar and I have no idea if they'll pass safety regulations for toys for small children toxic (paint) wise for example or any other way. Could anyone share their experience please or know any links I would greatly appreciate.
