A Probability Question that will test your brain! Playing CARDS?

It isn't to hard to figure out probabilities for a deck of cards well playing different games. Like whats the probability of having black jack with one deck of cards. This is assuming that each time you deal the cards, the cards have been shuffled randomly. So a computer or a auto shuffler is the best for that. My question is, if your playing cards with a friend and you shuffle cards with your hands, are the odds of hitting black jack the same as with a computer random generation? Would you take into factor that people do not do a good job of shuffling which could lead to the deck of cards having a sorta memory to them? Like the ace of diamonds and the King of clubs might stay near each other for a few rounds of shuffles and deals? How would you calculate or figure out a probability pattern if this is true?

This paper is a good place to start.
Reply:You could start off with trying to see if there's a probability distribution function that can explain the process of shuffling cards by a person. All the randomizers have definite distribution patterns.
