Can someone please tell me what the cards of a playing card deck mean when read as tarot cards?

I want to do a reading for me and my family, I used to study the tarot but it's been so long I've forgotten and I only have regular cards.

Can someone please tell me what the cards of a playing card deck mean when read as tarot cards?
